By this interim contract the Guardian Assurance Company of London, England, agrees to indemnify against loss or damage by Fire, Mr. Y.B. Weir of Clinton, Ontario on payment to the Company or its authorized Agent the undermentioned Premium for an Insurance of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars for 12 Months 0 Days from date hereof, on dwellin on north side of Aspen street situate on lots 20 Block Y as per further particulars lodged with the Company subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Company's ordinary Fire Policy, and to the approval of the Head Office in Montreal. If the risk be accepted, the Company's Policy will be issued within Thirty Days from date hereof otherwise the Insurance hereunder effected will be null and void, if not sooner cancelled, from and after that term, to which the applicant hereby agrees.
Loss if any payable to Y.B. Weir Premium $2.75 Recieved by {undecipherable} for the said company {undecipherable} Authorized Agent.
