xx TWENTY-NINTH _ xxu.IL REPORT OF THE
STATE OF NEW YORK:
INSURANCE DEPARTMENT,
ALBANY, 1887. F
Mr
............................. ........................
DEAR SIR.— Your favor of the instant, relating to the
Homoeopathic Mutual Life Insurance Company, and to policy
No. , issued by it, is received.
The enclosed copy of the Company's last annual statement and circular letter No. 4, will show you, respectively, the standing of the Company on December 31st, 1886, and the steps taken in the case by this department to April 4th last.
The course pursued by the Company since the date of its last statement, has been one calculated to largely increase its ability to pay its policy liabilities.
You are advised to rigidly observe all the conditions of your policy, if you wish to protect your interest in the Company.
Before accepting any offer made you for surrender, write this department, referring to your policy by number, and state whether premiums are payable annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.
By American Experience Table of Mortality, with interest at four and one-half per centum per annum, the reserve 1887,
on policy No. , will be about , assuming that the Com-
pany holds no liens against it.
Very respectfully,
Ii, A. MAXWELL, Solrerinterr!lCIrt.
