Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company
                
OF PHILADELPHIA.
         Held at Philadelphia, May 25, 26, 27 and 28,1897.

    
The several meetings of those who participated in the pro-
ceedings intended to commemorate the Fiftieth Anniversary of the
company, were held in Mercantile Library Hall, May 25, 26 and
27, at Washington Park, N. J., on the afternoon of May 26, at the
Union League, Philadelphia, on the evening of the 27th, and at the
Hotel Walton on the evening of the 28th.  The attendance em-
braced the guests of the company, mainly its general agents and
insurance journalists, but was inclusive of all the Trustees and
officers of the company, managers and heads of departments, and
many of the older clerks.
    
The several classes named are set out in their order in tlie
following alphabetical arrangement, the home addresses being
