Life insurance rates for pilots can be as good as the rates for non-pilots, depending on your piloting experience.
If you’re a commercial pilot flying a passenger airline, then you should be able to qualify for the best Preferred Plus rate with most carriers assuming good health otherwise.
If you’re a commercial pilot that does aerial photography, for example, then most insurance companies will charge you an additional premium due to this specific aviation occupation.
